  2. A "Pre-sale" inspection and analysis is made to recommend easy, yet effective, things you can do to help immediately increase the curb appeal and marketability of your home.

Your property will be input into the Multiple Listing Service for access by thousands of Illinois Realtors.Your property will be immediately available on the Internet at hundreds of web-sites including our personal website, our company website, major advertising websites such as the the Tribune's, major real estate portals such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, Trulia and many others
  4. I will provide a Video Home Tour for your property which will be displayed on our website, on the @properties website, at Realtor.com and attached to the listing in the Multiple Listing Service.
  5. With your permission, I will strategically place signage on your property ensuring maximum visibility.
  6. Your property will be advertised in the @properties Chicago Tribune advertisement.
  7. High quality color brochures will be created for your property.  These stand apart from more traditional MLS printouts given by other agents.
  8. Brochures will be distributed to thousands of Realtors in selected offices throughout your area via E-mail and US Mail.
  9. Quality oversized postcard announcements will be prepared and mailed to property owners and renters in the surrounding neighborhoods in advance of your Open House.
  10. Broker Open Houses for all area Realtors will be advertised through the Multiple Listing Service and on distributed brochures.
  11. Public Open Houses will be scheduled at your discretion and advertised in the full-page Chicago Tribune advertisement.
  12. Additional advertising can be selected in appropriate neighborhoods as needed.
  13. I will provide written feedback after showings as well as regular written progress reports.  Our reports are also available online 24 hours a day.
  14. When an offer is received, I will present it to you with our analysis and we will assist you with negotiating terms that will meet your objectives.
  15. When your contract is finalized, I will continue to assist you through closing with advice, needed referrals, trouble-shooting and additional negotiations with the goal of keeping your transaction as "hassle-free" as possible.
